Influenced by the work of Martin Seligmann, Viktor Frankl and Charles Bentley, I am a Hungarian born expert in changing attitudes and managing talents with a focus on the CEE region, where attitude change is challenged by the post communist regimes and autocratically-wired cultures and where ‘learned helplessness’ is a common phenomenon.
As an OD expert, economist, mental health professional and a Unitive Life Coach I am also the founder of Symphony OD, a market-leading people development organisation covering the Central and Eastern European region. I have worked as a business consultant for 20+ years with sports clubs and senior management of top organisations such as: Porsche, Danone, AXA and Microsoft to name just a few.
I have delivered training programs, workshops and coaching for nearly 80 thousand participants and leaders to date, giving me immeasurable experience in the development of individuals, teams, corporate cultures and leadership.
I have been composing and playing piano since I was 5. For 30 years I have developed my craft, quietly behind closed doors. Hours and hours of practice and hours and hours of wrong notes, which I (usually) patiently corrected to ensure I could play the composition seamlessly and perform at my best, leaving my audience yearning for more.
